XPONENTIAL is a data-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product designed by Pujan Jain to empower retailers and businesses through advanced analytics, dashboards, and optimization tools.

 

Our platform provides data visualization and insights based on user-uploaded or integrated data, enabling business owners to make better operational decisions.

We do not provide financial advice, investment tips, brokerage services, or recommendations of any kind.

 

 

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

 

IMPORTANT: XPONENTIAL is strictly a business analytics tool. The insights and outputs generated by our platform are entirely based on data models and algorithms.

 

We do not offer:

  • Stock tips or buy/sell recommendations

  • Financial portfolio management

  • Brokerage, advisory, or regulatory services

 

Any decisions made based on the outputs or analytics from our platform are solely at your discretion and your responsibility. XPONENTIAL shall not be held liable for any financial, investment, or business losses incurred.

  • Plans and pricing details are available on our website.

  • All charges are in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance.

  • Non-payment may result in service suspension.

 

By entering payment information, you authorize us to process payments as per your selected plan and billing cycle.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All platform content, branding, software code, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive property of Pujan Jain and Xponential

 

You may not:

 

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any portion of our software

  • Misuse our platform to build a competing product

  • Any direct or indirect loss of profits, revenue, or data

  • Business interruption or opportunity loss

  • Reliance on analytics or insights produced by the platform

  • Errors or delays caused by third-party services, including Razorpay

 

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the preceding 12 months.

 

12. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform:

 

  • For violation of these Terms

  • Upon request by legal authorities

  • If your subscription lapses or is cancelled

 

Upon termination, you must stop using the platform. You are responsible for backing up your data prior to termination.

 

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, India.

 

 

14. Changes to Terms
