This Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions related to payments made for the use of the Pro Trade Journal by XPONENTIAL, a proprietary software product operated by Pujan Jain and Team.
By subscribing to or purchasing access to our platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments on our platform.
1. No Refund Policy
Pro Trade Journal by XPONENTIAL is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. We do not provide any refunds—partial or full—under any circumstances, once payment has been successfully processed.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Unused subscription periods

Lack of usage

Change of mind after payment

Inability to understand or utilize the platform features

Business decisions made using insights from the platform
All purchases made are final and non-refundable.
2. No Cancellation After Payment
Once a user subscribes and makes a payment to access the Pro Trade Journal platform, there is no option to cancel the subscription or service. The nature of our software service does not allow for cancellation or reversal post-purchase.
Subscriptions remain valid for the duration of the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) and will automatically expire unless renewed.
3. Failed Transactions and Duplicate Charges
In the rare event that:

A payment attempt fails, but the amount is deducted from your bank/card account, and

We receive the payment without activating your service,
Then the following applies:

You are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate/failed payment.

The refund will be processed as per the refund policy of Razorpay, our payment gateway provider.

We do not control the time taken for refunds; Razorpay typically processes valid refunds within 5–10 business days (minimum 5, maximum 10 working days).

You may be required to provide payment confirmation or transaction reference numbers to validate the failed transaction.

4. Payment Gateway
All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. Their terms, conditions, and refund mechanisms apply where relevant. XPONENTIAL does not hold or control your payment credentials, bank details, or refund logistics.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our support team will be treated as a violation of this policy. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us directly first — we will assist you promptly.
